4. Third-Party Services

Your brokerage account is provided by Alpaca Securities LLC. When you connect your account, Alpaca's privacy policy also applies to the data they collect and process. We share only the minimum data necessary with Alpaca to facilitate trading on your behalf.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
